  • We buy any property in any location in mainland England and Wales, in any condition, but we have the right to refuse purchase of a property at our own discretion.
  • After you have registered interest with your postcode, we will offer an official cash offer on your property. We endeavour to get this to you in 24 hours, but it can take longer and is excluding weekends, bank holidays and public holidays.
  • The offer we make you comes at no charge, and you are not legally obligated to accept the offer and you can withdraw at any time prior to receiving payment for your property. We have the right to withdraw at any time during the transaction.
  • Part of our valuation process is research into local comparisons, which affects how much we will offer you. We have no obligation to share our personal property appraisals with you at any point. Our offers to purchase your property will be below market value.
  • We do not charge for legal fees associated with the transaction, as well as the appraisal and valuation aspect of the transaction, as this is part of our service.
  • Any variation to the terms and conditions will be put in writing and agreed between all parties. A copy of the terms and conditions can be given to you on request.
