We appreciate how time-consuming the regular process of selling your property can be, so we have created a simple 4 step process to help you sell your property with us, quickly and easily and cut out the stresses and strains usually associated with selling your home.

Enter Your Postcode

Simply enter your postcode on our website and you will instantly receive an online valuation based on your postcode. This isn’t the true valuation, just an indication of what the average selling house prices in your area are based on up-to-date Land Registry information.

We aim to get one of our friendly property specialists to call you back within 24 hours.
On this call we will ask you some simple questions about your property, so we can refine your valuation price based on the property itself, to give you a more accurate figure. We can then organize a visit in-person, via WhatsApp or Facetime so that we can give you a more accurate valuation.
During the visit we will discuss the property and its history. This is also a chance to identify where value can be added to potentially increase the price.
After we complete our findings, and you are happy with our valuation, we will instruct a RICS Chartered Surveyor to carry out a survey, who will then write a comprehensive report to corroborate our valuation and point out any defects the property may have (which could impede you selling the house on the open market). You will receive a copy of this report within 7 working days alongside your cash offer.

Legals and Buying Process

We will give you a few days to digest the information you have received, and we will give you a call to see if you are happy to move forward. Once you have accepted the offer, we will allocate you your own personal negotiator who will guide you through the conveyancing process, and what happens next. The conveyancing will be taken care of via our legal team with no charge to yourself.

Exchange Of Contract and Completion Dates

At this stage we will be performing the final legal checks on the property for you and clarifying the best date for the sale to complete on, and most importantly, clarify where you want the money to be paid.
